  • Be clear of any unresolved legal action (probation, fines, listed on a registry, etc.)

You will be redirected to an external page to complete your application.

This is a shared application with all other schools in the Church Educational System. To know which sections of the application to focus on, we strongly recommend you use our Application Guide while completing your application.

You will be redirected to an external page to begin your application and will be asked to log in with either a BYU Net ID or your Church account.

If you already have a BYU Net ID, you should use this to log in. You most likely already have a BYU account if you have previously applied to any CES school (BYU, BYU-Idaho, BYU-Hawaii, LDS Business College) or registered for Church camps such as EFY, sports camps, scout camp, etc.

Already have a BYU Net ID?
If you already have a BYU Net ID, please log in below. If you have forgotten your username and/or password, use the links on the sign-in page to recover them. Please do not create a new BYU Net ID.

Don't have a BYU Net ID? Log in with your Church account.
If you have never created a BYU Net ID, use the button below and log in using your Church account. The system will take you through a series of sites to get you to the Church sign-in page. Because your degree will come from BYU-Idaho, you need to complete an additional application in order to continue your degree program. This application will require the following:

  • Submit transcripts for all credits earned from United States accredited universities
  • Obtain endorsements from bishop/branch president and stake presidency member OR mission president (for individuals currently serving a mission)
    • Applicants who are not members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are also required to abide by the CES Honor Code and should review it thoroughly prior to applying. Endorsement interviews for these applicants are conducted by their own religious leader or a local bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ.
