Instructions for Discussion

Below are suggested questions you can ask students to reflect on to help with your discussion. You may be inspired to ask different questions based on the needs of your group.

  • What is personal revelation from Heavenly Father?
  • As a student, for you to impact the world in the way Heavenly Father desires, you must do four things. Only one is related to education as the world sees it. The other three are related to spiritual maturity (become clean, understand Heavenly Father's plan, learn to receive revelation). Why are these three included in the list?
  • What are some of the difficult and complex challenges you face or will face in your profession? How have you used personal revelation from Heavenly Father to address some of these challenges?
  • Do you believe that you are entitled to personal revelation in your life and profession? Why can it be difficult sometimes to believe this? How can you overcome this disbelief?
