Student Support Representatives are responsible for providing support to BYU-Pathway Worldwide students through a variety of communication mediums. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist BYU-Pathway students by using technical skills for inbound and outbound support, through mediums of email, live chat, and phone.
  • Use critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills to respond to student inquires.
  • Stay updated with policy changes and standard procedures.
