Student Support Representatives are responsible for providing support to BYU-Pathway Worldwide students through a variety of communication mediums. Responsibilities include:
- Assist BYU-Pathway students by using technical skills for inbound and outbound support, through mediums of email, live chat, and phone.
- Use critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills to respond to student inquires.
- Stay updated with policy changes and standard procedures.
- Participate in special projects and various administrative duties
Student Services Representative

The Student Services Support roles are responsible to strengthen, stabilize, and improve BYU-Pathway Worldwide student services. Employees will be specialized in assisting with organization systems, escalations, exceptions, policies, procedures, and involved in decision-making processes.
